Legal
Terms of use
The rules for using Foxfulness, written as plainly as a draft allows.
1. Who you are dealing with
Foxfulness is provided by [legal name of the owner or company], [postal address]. Contact: [contact email address].
2. What Foxfulness is
Foxfulness is a daily tracker for twelve small exercises, on the web and on Android. You can use it without an account. With an account, your data syncs between your devices.
3. What Foxfulness is not
Foxfulness is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional help. The exercise texts are one person's notes on what he does. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number or a crisis line.
4. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- You are responsible for what you write in notes and custom names, and in the feedback you send us.
- You can delete your account at any time. See the delete account page.
5. Free and paid tiers
- The free tier includes the twelve exercises, the statistics, gradient themes, the forest living wallpaper and sync.
- Supporter is a yearly subscription with four fixed prices. Every price unlocks the same things.
- Smart is a monthly subscription that includes everything in Supporter and adds AI insights.
- Nothing is on sale today and the prices shown on the site are placeholders.
[Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and the legal right to withdraw have to be written by the reviewer before payments are switched on.]
6. AI insights
Insights are generated text based on summary figures of your own entries. They can be wrong. They are not advice. Fair-use limits apply: 10 custom questions per exercise per day, 30 answers a day and 400 a month.
7. Acceptable use
Do not try to break the service, get into other people's data, or send anything unlawful or abusive as feedback.
8. Availability
Foxfulness is a small project. It is provided as it is, it will sometimes be down, and features may change. [Limitation of liability wording: to be written by the reviewer.]
9. Ending things
You may stop using Foxfulness whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. [Notice periods and process: to be decided.]
10. Law and disputes
[Governing law and jurisdiction: to be decided.]
11. Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. [How users are told about important changes: to be decided.]
